MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

Designs by Joi, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices which are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of our website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

USE OF SITE

You may display, electronically copy, download and print hard copies of portions of the material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own store use, or to place an order with Designs By Joi, Inc. to make a purchase. Any other use of materials on this Site, including but not limited to the modification, reproduction, distribution, republication, display or transmission of the content of this Site, without prior written permission of Designs By Joi, Inc., is strictly prohibited.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a Designs By Joi, Inc. product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Designs By Joi, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Designs By Joi, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Designs By Joi, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

RETURNS

• No merchandise will be accepted back without probable cause and will need a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Designs by Joi, Inc.
• No returns are accepted for custom or special order items.
• Credit card orders would need to be canceled within 24 hours of payment by calling 212-869-4653 or faxed to 212-869-8588.
• Any order paid by credit card (with the merchandise having been received by client) must be returned with approval from Designs by Joi, Inc. This needs to be done within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Once refund has been successfully processed through authorize.net, it is up to the customer’s bank or credit card company to release the funds back to them.

SHIPPING

• All shipments are sent UPS insured second-day delivery at customer’s expense.
• All orders over $5,000 are sent overnight-insured at customer’s expense.
• All shipping costs are based on UPS shipping rate charts and are billed accordingly.

EXPECTED DELIVERY

• Any purchase orders faxed to Designs by Joi, Inc. can be partially shipped unless otherwise requested. Balance of shipment will be completed within 2-3 weeks.
• Allow 3-6 weeks for all orders - please confirm all orders.
• Stock items and reorder items ship within 7-10 working days.
• Custom & Special orders are handled individually.
